Prymula offered a view of the restaurant. “The minister has no keys,” his spokesman declined

Prymula has been facing challenges from the opposition, the coalition, but also Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (ANO) to resign since Friday morning due to a night meeting. The minister refused at the briefing after lunch, saying that he “did nothing” and did not violate the government order.

“I received an invitation from President Faltínek to attend the meeting and I left for the meeting. I had a veil in the car, then I got out at Vyšehrad, again in a veil, and I went through the given restaurant facility to the private premises of the Vyšehrad Chapter. This is not a restaurant, you can see for yourself, “Prymula defended in front of journalists.

Therefore, the news turned to the Minister and subsequently his spokesman Jan Brodský with a request to mediate the offered tour of the premises. “The minister does not have the keys or the owner number,” Brodsky replied. So Prymula offered the opportunity to see for himself, but whether someone succeeds and how he achieves it is entirely up to him.

The Vyšehrad Chapter subsequently distanced itself from Prymula’s claim on Friday that they were in the chapter’s private premises. “We do not use any private space as a chapter there,” the provost Aleš Opatrný told Práva, adding that the entire building is rented by a restaurant.

“About the need to go to see the building,” Faltýnek said on Czech Television. He explained how the restaurant space is divided. He did not answer why the meeting did not take place at one of the offices.

After Prymula’s defiance, the only option left for Prime Minister Babiš is to recall him himself. He is expected to submit a proposal to dismiss Prymula to President Miloš Zeman on Friday afternoon. They should meet at the chateau in Lány at 4 pm.
