Your missions:
– Carry out maintenance interventions
– Take note of the diagnosis and the tests carried out + complete the diagnosis according to an established operating procedure
– Carry out workstation or software preparation and installation operations – Transport the equipment to the place of integration and to the user’s office
– Carry out installation operations in strict accordance with the instructions
– Complete, following the instructions, the documents to ensure the traceability of the preparations made
– Provide responses adapted to the request and needs of the user
– Advise, assist and inform the user according to his request and the limits of his scope of intervention
– Provide information on their intervention in the request and incident management tool, Follow up on files
– Be attentive to the respect of deadlines and appointments commitments
– Manage equipment, spare parts and the stock of the service
– Update the lists of parts and equipment taken out of stock, Participate in the management of the fleet Update the inputs and movements of the fleet
– Visits to remote sites to plan (hotel nights to plan)
