The authorities of the Provincial Institute of Housing and Habitat (IPVyH) reminded its awardees “of the obligation to maintain the validity of the fire insurance policy on the housing solution granted” by the institution.
From the aforementioned body it was indicated that “the possibility of adopting collective coverage is available to the successful bidders whose purpose is to fulfill the requirements determined for it.”
“With the objective of safeguarding the integrity of the inhabitants of the houses and the assets of the IPVyH and the successful bidders, and in order to facilitate compliance with the obligation assumed by them at the time of signing the respective documentation, from the year 2021, the determination was made to hire collective fire policies under a set of mandatory requirements that the insurance policy must meet, which are published on the official website of the Institute, procedures section, “the authorities said.
They also noted that, for inquiries and/or presentation of documentation, those interested “may approach the ‘Credit Recovery’ area, which is located at Francisco González 651 in Ushuaia, Carlos Pellegrini 511 in Río Grande and Mariano Moreno 1396 in Tolhuin ; or contact the numbers 2901-447151 for Ushuaia, 2964-628727 in Río Grande and Tolhuin”.
