My Philips 9000 series electric shaver got blunt blades, I couldn’t buy a head assembly as I used to do, ended up buying some replacement blades, but still haven’t figured out how to change them at all. While Philips is idle, I decided to use some razor from the collection, which I have seven copies.
I tried everything to figure out which one is better and came to the conclusion that I like it the most. this electric shaverwhich I bought quite a while ago. Knives are removable – on the bottom of the head there is a special rubber gasket that can be easily removed and washed.
However, due to the structure of the head, if the razor is placed on its side, the bristles may fall out of it. And I kept thinking: why is it done so strangely? No, it’s not difficult for me to put the razor vertically, but still?
It turned out that this was done on purpose so that it was possible to flush the head without disassembling it. Well, in general, yes, it is washed quite normally, indeed.
Well, I repeat that the razor is excellent. I’ve been shaving with it for two weeks now, and somehow I don’t even feel like going back to Philips.
It is, of course, unknown how long this razor will last. Philips is definitely quite durable. And this one, let’s see. But if she lives at least a year (I have had her for three years, but I haven’t really used it), then at this price you can just buy a new one.
