Property prices continue to rise in the Center

The Centro region is no different and although we have not separated the data between 2- or 3-fronted houses and 4-fronted houses, the increase remains significant.

It is therefore in Morlanwelz that it is most impressive (+36.6%). In the Cité de l’enseignement, the average house price was, in the third quarter of 2020, 139,000 euros to rise to 190,000 euros in 2022.

Among their neighbors in Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont, the increase is not that high but still stands at 18.8%, closely followed by Binche (17.8%) and Soignies (11.1%).

Followed by La Louvière (9.6%), Braine-le-Comte (8.8%) and Ecaussinnes (6.9%), while Manage brings up the rear with an increase of 2.7%.

In Seneffe, however, the median price fell by 4.8%.

It is in Soignies and Braine-le-Comte that the average house price is the highest with 250,000 and 245,000 euros. In Roeulx and Seneffe, the average price for the third semester is 225,000 euros. Followed by Ecaussinnes (208,500) Morlanwelz (190,000 euros), Manage, Chapelle and La Louvière (170,000) and finally Binche (165,000).

It should be noted that Estinnes’ data was absent from the data provided by Statbel and that Roeulx’s was incomplete.
