Properties Expropriated and Transferred to Public State Property by Council of Ministers Decision

By decision of the Council of Ministers, properties – private property, in the cities of Momin Prohod and Kostenets, necessary for the construction of the “Sofia – Plovdiv Railway” facility are expropriated. It is part of the project “Modernization of the railway line Sofia – Plovdiv on the railway sections Sofia – Elin Pelin and Elin Pelin – Septemvri”, in the urbanized territory of the municipality of Kostenets. The funds to compensate the owners are at the expense of the National Railway Infrastructure Company and are provided under the Operational Program “Transport and Transport Infrastructure” 2014-2020″. The decision can be appealed to the administrative court for the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.

By decision of the Council of Ministers, properties that are private state property and are under the management of the Supreme Judicial Council become public state property. Two of them are in the city of Vratsa and represent a one-story building with an area of ​​21 square meters at 30 “Dimitraki Hadjitoshev” Street, as well as a plot of land with an area of ​​1,099 square meters at 14 “Demokratia” Blvd., together with part of the first above-ground floor of a three-story administrative building without the lobby, two garages and two warehouses built on the land. In the city of Mezdra, the status of two independent objects with an area of ​​68.30 sq. m and 72.70 sq. m, respectively, on the fourth floor of an administrative building, located at 2 Ivan Vazov Street, is changing.
