Frankfurt. The human legal rights group Pro Asylum awarded its human legal rights prize, endowed with 5,000 euros, to helpers of Polish refugees. Federal governing administration commissioner for human legal rights, Luise Amtsberg, claimed at the awards ceremony on Saturday that the border location involving Poland and Belarus has develop into a legal vacuum.
