One of these features is the possibility that Windows 11 can be used as an access point to give access to a WiFi network. This functionality now has issues, simply because a recent update was installed and it has a bug.

Hotspot functionality is something that users have gotten used to using constantly. Take a WiFi network anywhere, without the need for any additional equipment, giving Internet access to all devices.
This very cool capability is now buggy in Windows 11, as a result of a simple update that Microsoft recently released. It just works after you turn on the first device, but you lose internet access, which is essential for this feature.
After installing KB5014697, Windows devices may not be able to use the Wi-Fi hotspot feature. When trying to use the hotspot feature, the host device may lose its Internet connection after connecting a client device.

Microsoft has already acknowledged this problem, but does not yet have a solution to the problem that update KB5014697 brings. This was released as a cumulative update and it brings some new features to the Windows 11 quest and even security improvements.
The only solution that Microsoft offers for now is to regain access to the Internet. Simply disable Windows 11 hotspot and this problem will be gone immediately and access will be resumed.
This is another simple issue, but one that can have a huge impact on users. The hotspot is something that becomes a unique feature that many use on a recurring basis to guarantee access to the Internet with a simple WiFi connection.
