He also predicted that the Putin regime, weakened by armed rebellion, would collapse before the end of next year, saying, “We have an ambitious plan to ‘liberate all territories’.”
Regarding the allegations that they are a tool for psychological warfare against Russia by the Ukrainian military intelligence agency, they explained that their activities within Russian territory were an independent decision.
