I was unable to say hello
Prince Harry has a long military career behind him. He served for ten years and was, among other things, part of two contingents in Afghanistan. British media are speculating whether military veterans were disappointed to see the prince dressed in civilian clothes during the queen’s funeral.
Prince Harry also stood out when family members in military attire paid homage to the coffin during the procession to Wellington Arch following the funeral ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
So he was not allowed to pay homage to the rest of his family. The salute is an honor in which only those in uniform can take part.

He might be wearing a uniform
According to The Telegraph, the rules for wearing a military uniform are very clear. They can use ex-military if appropriate for the occasion, such as regimental events.
A state funeral can be considered just that. However, it is necessary to obtain permission to wear a uniform, which Prince Harry was not given.
In other words, this means that the prince could, in theory, have been allowed to wear a military uniform, but that he was not given the opportunity to do so.
