Prime Minister Denkov Comments on President Radev’s Appeal to Constitutional Court for Changes to Constitution

There is nothing wrong with appealing to the Constitutional Court. This is what Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov commented regarding the fact that President Rumen Radev will appeal to the Constitutional Court for changes to the Constitution.

“We have a full Schengen. This is what the decision of the EC says. What remains is to secure a date on which we can enter and for the land borders. If anyone doubts, they should look at the message of the chairman of the EC”, emphasized Prime Minister Denkov , who participates in the Waterworld of Battle Banners for Epiphany.

“There is nothing hidden, there are no numbers with migrants. We have a parliamentary republic, a working parliament, a working government. If someone wants to attack the Constitution, let them look at the fact that this is a regular government supported by a parliament, in full compliance with the Constitution. Everything else is just suggestions to scare people that something bad is happening,” Denkov also pointed out.

According to him, it is yet to be technically specified how the rotation of the prime minister will take place in March.

“Regarding the ministers, there is a management program, there will be a review of who has done what”, explained the Prime Minister.
