Prigozhin told what will happen to Wagner PMC after Bakhmut

The “world’s best army” is about to undergo big changes.

Russian businessman and founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin spoke about plans for his military formation “after Bakhmut”. Video of the statement published his press office on Sunday, March 5.

So, the businessman is sure that the Russians will still be able to capture Bakhmut. After that, the Wagnerites will “reboot”, and their numbers will decrease. Then Prigozhin hopes to recruit new people from various Russian regions into his PMC.

According to Prigozhin, the Wagnerites should turn from just a private military company and “the best army in the world” into “an army with an ideology.”

“This ideology is a struggle for justice. Because foreign armies, the NATO bloc and so on – they have the idea that they are fighting for democracy. But, as one of the heroes of the film “Tourist” said: “You are for democracy, and we are for justice,” the Russian said.

Prigozhin stressed that he hoped to gather a very large number of people under the wing of his military formation.

At the same time, he said that all proposals from Moscow to send “Wagnerites” to the rear, his fighters would respond harshly.

“PMC” Wagner “will continue to protect our country [РФ]and Wagner PMC absolutely doesn’t give a damn if various other authorities want this,” the businessman specified.

The head of the Wagner PMC warned that if the military leadership of the aggressor country “chews snot”, then Russia will cease to exist.

“Ministers come and go, but the Russian people remain. And the Wagner PMC consists of the Russian people,” Prigozhin commented, apparently referring to his conflict with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.

Recall that on March 5, Prigozhin also said that in the event of a retreat of his mercenaries from Bakhmut, the front would collapse to the Russian borders and, possibly, further. According to him, the retreat of Russian troops will cause a “spring effect”: Ukrainian forces will break through to the territory of the so-called “LPR” from all sides, “sweep away” Lugansk, Sorokino and enter the territory of the Russian Federation.
