The starting price of the new Peugeot 3008 is € 36,230. For that amount you drive the 3008 with 130 hp 1.2 PureTech petrol engine, a three-cylinder that generates 230 Nm and is linked to a manual six-speed gearbox. The stated starting price applies to the Active version. The entry-level 3008 is also available with an eight-speed automatic transmission, for the Peugeot 3008 Puretech 130 EAT8, executed as Active, you will lose at least € 39,130. The starting price of the renewed Peugeot 5008 is € 38,730 for the Active version with PureTech and a manual six-speed gearbox. The entry-level 5008 Active with the PureTech 130 petrol engine and automatic eight-speed transmission is at € 41,630.
Both the 3008 and 5008 with PureTech 130 petrol engines are also available in the Active Pack, Allure, Allure Pack and GT versions. In all cases you can opt for both a manual six-speed gearbox and the eight-speed automatic transmission. A step higher on the power ladder is the PureTech 180, a 180 hp and 250 Nm strong 1.6 four-cylinder that is always linked to the EAT8 automatic transmission. This most powerful petrol version, which helps the 3008 and 5008 to speeds of 100 km / h in 8.0 and 8.3 seconds respectively, is only available in conjunction with the richly decorated GT version both inside and out. The 3008 GT PureTech 180 EAT8 costs € 46,230. The 5008 GT PureTech 180 EAT9 has a starting price of € 48,739.
Plug-in hybride
As was the case before the facelift, the Peugeot 3008 is the only one of the SUV pair to come with a plug-in hybrid powertrain. This HYbrid 225 e-EAT8 baptized powertrain is made up of a 180 hp 1.6 and a 110 hp electric motor. These two engines both drive the front axle and have a system power of 225 hp and 360 Nm. The 3008 plug-in manages to complete a sprint to a speed of 100 km / h in 8.7 seconds. The 13.2 kWh battery pack provides an electric range of 55 kilometers. The top speed in EV mode is 135 km / h. Later, Peugeot also put the more powerful and all-wheel drive HYbrid4 300 e-EAT8 on the price list of the 3008. The 300 hp plug-in hybrid version of the 3008 also has a 112 hp electric motor on the rear axle. This 300 hp and 520 Nm strong plug-in hybrid 3008 has the same 13.2 kWh battery pack as the HYbrid 225.
Diesel en Blue Lease
As before, the 3008 and 5008 are also available with a diesel engine: the 130 hp BlueHDi 130. However, this diesel engine is only available in the Blue Lease versions, which are mainly intended for the business market.
