Presidential: the communists want a minimum wage of 1800 euros (video)

Raphaël Debu, PCF metropolitan councilor of Lyon, is the guest of 6 minutes chrono. He evokes the candidacy of Fabien Roussel for the presidential election of 2022.

On the left, Fabien Roussel stands out as the surprise of the presidential campaign. After two presidential elections with Jean-Luc Mélenchon and the Insoumis, the Communists have decided to regain their autonomy in 2022. “We made the choice to carry the ideals of the Communist Party and in particular the question of work which was not defended at the height to which it should be”, justifies Raphaël Debu, adviser to the Metropolis of Lyon.

The elected metropolitan hammers the speech of Fabien Roussel on the rise in wages : “When the government gives an energy check for 400 euros, you need alms. We want a massive wage increase. The idea is to have a minimum wage of 1800 euros gross and to push all salaries upwards”.
