Emmanuel Macron obtained the most votes in Montlouis-sur-Loire during the first round of the presidential election on April 10, 2022. The first three candidates in the town were Emmanuel Macron (30.6%) Jean-Luc Mélenchon (21, 6%) and Marine Le Pen (20.2%). The twelve candidates present in the first round failed to convince 25.4% of those registered, who abstained.
Throwback to the 2017 duel
In the first round of the presidential election in 2017, it was Emmanuel Macron who won in Montlouis-sur-Loire. Emmanuel Macron won the second round of the presidential election.
