Presidential election 2020. Rafał Trzaskowski won in Prague

Rafał Trzaskowski won the first round of Polish presidential elections in front of Szymon Hołownia, Robert Biedron and current President Andrzej Duda – according to the protocol forwarded by the regional electoral commission No. 33 in the Czech capital to the State Election Commission.

Two voting circuits were created in the Czech Republic: at the consulates in Ostrava and Prague. In the capital, according to the protocol adopted by the PKW, Trzaskowski obtained the most votes – 892. He was ahead of Hołownia, which was voted for by 255 voters and Biedronia with 192 votes. 164 votes were cast for the incumbent president. A total of 1625 valid votes were cast in Prague. The turnout was 88.32 percent

409 valid votes were cast in Ostrava. Rafał Trzaskowski got the most votes – 191; the incumbent president got 100 votes. 66 voters voted for Hołownia. The turnout in Ostrava was 89.3 percent.

The elections in the Czech Republic were calm. Few voters who attended the Czech Republic had a voting certificate with them. There were 40 such voters in Prague, and 4 in Ostrava.
