President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued a number of decisions, which were published in the Official Gazette. He issued Resolution No. 362 of 2023 appointing a number of advisors as heads of appeal courts.
President El-Sisi issued Resolution No. 363 of 2023 appointing a number of judges at the Court of Cassation as deputies to the President of the Court of Cassation.
President El-Sisi also issued Resolution No. 364 of 2023 appointing each of the State Lawsuits Authority’s attorneys as deputies to the head of the State Lawsuits Authority.
President El-Sisi issued Resolution No. 365 of 2023 appointing a number of first public prosecutors in the Administrative Prosecution Authority as deputies to the authority’s head.
