Preparing for the Swedish Cup: District and Team Updates

District and team?
HF Mitt F15 lag 1

When did player training for this cohort start and how has it been structured?
It started in 2021 and unfortunately has not been fully followed, we are some way behind.

What will your immediate preparations look like for the Swedish Cup?
We have two TEAM practices left where we try for a match on one of the occasions.

What are you most looking forward to during the Swedish Cup?
A lovely folk party with lots of handball people in the halls.

What expectations do you have for the Swedish Cup? Feel free to tell us about your sporting expectations, but don’t forget to reflect on the arrangement and the experience you think it will be for you as a group.
To meet other districts and get a picture of approximately how we are in our development within our area. We expect all players to do their best and dare to play their records and challenge themselves against other talented handball players in the country.

We hope that this weekend will be a positive and wonderful experience for our players where we get to know new players and get to play with some “new” people around them and then make it click as well as possible.

When the audience takes their seats in Nyköping, what can they expect to see?
A team that gives 100 % in all situations, has fun and dares to play handball. Like pepper and support each other in compassion and adversity and enjoy every second down in Nyköping.

We will drive a lot in the middle of the warm-up, which our eminent Sandra will control. Slightly different competitions/challenges/assignments within the team will take place and both opponents and audience will pay attention, in one way or another.
