Indonesia’s number one mixed doubles Praveen Jordan / Melati Daeva Oktavianti had to pick up the suitcase earlier. Following the defeat of the unseeded pair Denmark.

Praveen / Melati then cut the distance to two points at 16-14. However, Christiansen/Bojo did not let the opponent get up to create a match point of 20-14.
