The new chairman, district administrator Thomas Eberth, and managing director Michael Dröse provided, among other things, comprehensive information on the operation of the site, which has been possible since June 8th. Photo: Herbert Ehehalt The “Association for Local Recreation and Hiking in Würzburg” is ideally equipped for holidays at home, in times of the still present Corona pandemic, despite easing. This was confirmed by Chairman and District Administrator Thomas Eberth (CSU) and Managing Director Michael Dröse at the inaugural meeting on the grounds of the Erlabrunn bathing lakes. And even though there were up to 10,000 visitors on the 19 hectare site at peak times, Dröse praised the compliance with the distance rules among the guests. In particular, to make the current situation clear to the new association councilors from the city and district, the most recent meeting took place on the ZV flagship at the Erlabrunn swimming lakes. Full of vigor and zest for action, the association councils started their term of office. In particular, the “Guttenberger Forest” recreation area is to be polished up and thus reconnect with the faded status of earlier days. “With the bathing lakes and the Gramschatz forest, we have two real bombs,” enthused district administrator Thomas Eberth. “But we also want to make Guttenberger Forst back to what it used to be.” New social building on the site of the bathing lakes In the constituent meeting, the association assembly had set itself a lush agenda with clear objectives for the next six years. The district administration and the mayor of the city of Würzburg will continue to alternate, instead of in the annual, now every two years, in the chair of the “Association for Local Recreation and Hiking in Würzburg”. District Administrator Thomas Eberth will initially hold this position until the end of the year. The chairman continues to be supported by managing directors Michael Dröse and Sebastian Grimm from the district development department at the district office. Chairman Thomas Eberth presented the changed planning of a new social building on the site of the bathing lakes in particular to the new association councilors. This is intended to create places to stay and sanitary rooms for the supervisory staff and the employees. Instead of a separate building with a glass front, a 45 square meter extension is now being built on the existing buildings at the northern entrance. According to CEO Michael Dröse, the costs for this will amount to 259 605 euros. According to Dröse, the start of construction, scheduled for June 22, was one week behind schedule. Rent reduction for two months for kiosk tenants The special-purpose association showed its kindness towards the new kiosk leaseholder at the Erlabrunn swimming lakes on the effects of the Corona crisis. As is known, the start of the lease on March 1 was followed by the lockdown with complete closure of the site by June 8 after only two weeks. Since no income could be generated by the tenant during this time, the association councils unanimously agreed to a rent reduction for two months. The related waiver amounts to 800 euros. During the corona-related resting phase, an increasing geese population of up to 140 animals was recorded on the site. With the resumption of business, the animals have largely withdrawn, according to the manager. The time of the corona-related closure was used for intensive entertainment measures, Dröse reported. The “Guttenberger Forest” between the municipalities of Reichenberg and Kist is to be given greater importance again by the “Zweckverband Nahrholungs- und Wandergebiet Würzburg” in cooperation with the Bavarian State Forests. Photo: Herbert Ehehalt – In cooperation with the Bavarian State Forests, one of the focal points of the special purpose association in the next few years was to revitalize and upgrade the local recreation area “Guttenberger Forest” with a new concept for a forest educational trail. The association meeting agreed to primarily find solutions in this regard with regard to crossing options of the WÜ 29 district road, a cycle path connection and access routes to the local recreation area. The redesign of the forest nature trail by the Bavarian State Forest is planned for next year with an estimated cost of 210,000 euros, Dröse reported. – Erlabrunn Herbert marriage stop Mayor and Mayor CSU Gramschatz Gramschatzer forest Expense District administrators State forests City of Wuerzburg Cities Thomas Eberth Animals and wildlife Forest and forest areas Waldlehrpfade – – – Related posts:After 2 days of precipitation, 6 districts in South Solok, West Sumatra get submerged in floods.Breaking News: Stock Market Traders in New York Acting More Cautiously - NASDAQ Composite Drops 0.19...America vs Cruz Azul Liga MX Femenil LIVE Opening 2021 Day 11Important News Headlines from WAM, August 21 - Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Dubai, and MoreShare this:FacebookX Related Hand in hand with María Belén Latorre – El Eco Barcelona | Sunday of “disenchantment” on the covers of Barcelona Leave a Comment Cancel replyCommentName Email Website Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
