Powerful explosions were heard in Odessa: eyewitnesses report smoke

On the morning of Sunday, April 3, a series of explosions was heard in Odessa after an air raid alert. Eyewitnesses report a fire.

As reported TSN.ua residents of the city, clouds of smoke are visible above the fire. Local Telegram channels write about two fires.

There have been no official reports regarding this incident yet.

Shortly before the explosions, an air raid alert was announced in most regions of Ukraine.

Operational Command “South” subsequently confirmed that Odessa had become the target of an air attack. “A fire was recorded in some areas. Part of the missiles were shot down by air defense. It was recommended to close the windows,” – quote local media reports.

Recall that in his address on the night of April 3, President Zelensky said that the Russian Federation after the defeat in the battle for Kyiv will try to capture the east and south of Ukraine.
