House Republicans accuse the Democratic president and his family of improperly benefiting from policy decisions Biden helped make as vice president during President Barack Obama’s 2009-2017 administration. They also accuse the Justice Department of improperly interfering in the investigation into Biden.
In addition, the US Department of Justice is accused of improperly interfering in the investigation against Biden’s son, businessman Hunter Biden. The Justice Department denies any wrongdoing.
