Quang Ninh province (north) is tracing infected people and their contacts and screening on a large scale.
In Hanoi, where twenty-one cases have been detected, tracing certain contacts is proving complicated given the multiplicity of trips made.
Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, chairman of the management, ordered the speeding up of tracing operations to allow the population to celebrate Tet in complete safety.
