The Austrian House and Real Estate Association (ÖHGB) has made several inquiries. In most cases, according to a spokesman, landlords and tenants can agree, but the ÖHGB knows two cases in which the fronts are hardened.
There is no real solution – only two options: The operating cost Pay yourself or sell the property, it says there.
