In the updated rating, there are only 9 people whose fortune exceeds $1 billion. Including 4 billion each from the leaders of the list – Rinat Akhmetov, Maxim Litvin and Alexei Shevchenko.

Rinat Akhmetov retained first place in the ranking of the richest Ukrainians with an estimated net worth of $4.2 billion. Half of this amount is an estimate of a 75 percent stake in Metinvest, taking into account the accumulated profit for 2021.

If we compare this data with February 2022, it turns out that Akhmetov has lost $9.5 billion since the start of the war.

Grammarly co-founders Alexey Shevchenko and Maxim Litvin are listed as Canadian citizens on the global list. American Forbes estimates their fortune unchanged at $4 billion each.

The fortunes of Viktor Pinchuk decreased significantly – from $2.6 billion to $1.9 billion and Konstantin Zhevago – from $1.3 billion to $0.8 billion.

Vadim Novinsky ($1.3 billion), Vlad Yatsenko ($1.1 billion), Gennady Bogolyubov ($1.1 billion) and Igor Kolomoisky ($1 billion) have remained billionaires.
