The company turronesydulces.com has had the initiative to ask its customers with what kind of nougat they identify Spanish politicians, and this has been the result: the leaders of the PP (Pablo Casado), PSOE (Pedro Sánchez), Ciudadanos (Albert Rivera), Más País (Íñigo Errejón) and Podemos (Pablo Iglesias) were classified as “soft”, while that of Vox (Santiago Abascal) received the name “hard”, like the ERC spokesperson in Congress (Gabriel Rufián) and the President of the Generalitat (Quim Torra).
