Political earthquake in Álava. Eduardo Barinaga, PNV candidate for Mayor of Labastida, has resigned. It does so just 48 hours before the investiture plenary session is held in this La Rioja town, in which the PP was the most voted list, and could govern. Unless PNV and EH Bildu come together.
