Kyiv does not have enough weapons to change the balance in the war. This was stated by Polish President Andrzej Duda in an interview with the Washington Post.
The Independent needs more help, Duda said, although he believes Ukraine now has a much more modern military capability than Russia.
“The question is whether Ukraine has enough weapons to change the balance of the war and gain the upper hand. And the answer is probably no. They probably don’t have enough weapons. And we know this from the fact that they are currently in no position to mount a very decisive counteroffensive against the Russian military. In short, they need more help,” the Polish president said.
