The police investigating actor Yoo Ah-in’s alleged drug use have revealed that they are conducting an in-depth investigation into whether or not he used cocaine.
A high-ranking official from the National Police Agency said at a regular press conference today (3rd) that he received a report that additional investigations were needed on Mr. Yoo Ah-in.
The official also said that some media reported that it would be difficult to punish unconditionally if the time, place, and method of cocaine administration were not identified, but this was a special case and said that he would do his best to prove the charges.
Regarding the alleged drug use of Jeon Woo-won, the grandson of the late Chun Doo-hwan, he explained that he would decide whether to apply for an arrest warrant after comprehensively considering the type, frequency, method, and fear of escape of drugs.
