Seventeen people were injured on Friday when a car ran over them while on a crosswalk in Szczecin, northwestern Poland, local authorities said.
The surveillance footage shows the moment of the accident in the center of Szczecin.
The driver and perpetrator were arrested.

There is an “incident” with “17 injured, three of whom are minors,” District Governor Adam Rudafsky told reporters. Two of the injured are hospitalized in critical condition.
