Just in time for the upcoming Valentine’s Day, the matching Pokémon Go event will return on February 14, 2020 and delight you with the more frequent appearing pink Pokémon from 8:00 a.m. (local time). Until Monday, February 17th, 2020 until 10:00 a.m. (local time) you have time to secure them in the wild, raids, research projects and eggs.
Likewise, regular lock modules remain active for six hours, the number of candies for a catch is doubled and if Fortuna is holding you you can also hatch dazzling delight from your eggs or catch a glimpse of dazzling chaneira in the wild.
More pink dreams during the Pokémon Go event
In line with this, a raid event with special shuffles and occasional shiny shuffles will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (local time). In the meantime, you will receive up to 5 free raid passes if you turn arenas. However, you can still only have one of them in your backpack and unused passes expire after the event. You can find the slurps in level 4 raids and they master the special attack Bodyslam. So a perfect opportunity to tackle the pink bacon and go hunting!
Another icing on the cake are the care Pokémon Mamolida of the water type and the hearing Pokémon Ohrdoch of the normal type, which will now appear in Pokémon GO for the first time. However, they will make themselves a little rare and you need a lot of luck to catch them. We already know both of them from Pokémon Black and White, and with them we get growth from the unified region for our Pokédex.
