If you want to be sure to come across it, it will appear especially on Wednesday during Raid Hours between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., so bring your playmates together to challenge it.

Originally discovered in the Unys region and first encountered by Trainers in Pokémon Black version and Pokémon White version, the legendary Pokémon Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem will soon debut in the five-star raids of Pokémon GO!
Remember to keep Raid passes remotely for Tuesday May 26, 2020, when Reshiram, the Real White Pokémon, arrives in Pokémon GO!
From Tuesday May 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. PDT (10:00 p.m. Paris time) to Tuesday June 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. PDT (10:00 p.m. Paris time).
In addition, the Raid Hours will honor Reshiram every Wednesday as long as it is present in five-star raids. Reshiram raids will appear more frequently on the following dates and times.
The possibility of participating in a distance raid is available for Level 5 or higher Trainers! You can join a Raid Combat, visible on the Nearby screen or by tapping the map, using a Remote Raid Pass. You can get a remote Raid pass in the shop by following these steps.
