The footage seen on it hardly needs lengthy comments. A rider moves on a horse on the sidewalk of a boulevard in Plovdiv. He crosses a footpath and continues his slow pace on the opposite sidewalk.
The location is “Maritsa Yug” Blvd., which was redeveloped together with the adjacent areas in the summer of 2020 under the Operational Program “Growing Regions 2014-2020”, co-financed by the EU through the European Regional Development Fund.
