Parton’s husband, Carl Dean, recently turned 79 years old. On that occasion, the country star wanted to spice up the atmosphere a little extra.
– I have previously said that I will recreate the cover of Playboy when I turn 75. Now I am, but they no longer have a magazine, Parton says in a video clip on his own Instagram profile.

She explains that her husband has always loved the picture from the original Playboy cover from 1978, so in an attempt to make the man happy, Parton put on the classic costume and recreated the picture. After a new photoshoot in the costume, the gift was ready.
At the end of the video clip, you can see Parton giving the gift to her husband. Here she has framed the new special cover she recently took pictures with together with the classic cover from 1978.
– He still thinks I am a “hot chick” after 57 years, and I will not try to talk him out of it, she says wisely.
Dolly Parton is best known for her country career, and has sold more than 100 million records worldwide. Parton has, among other things, won eleven Grammy awards, and been nominated as many as 50 times.
