PT Kobe Boga Utama was sued for the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) at the Central Jakarta Commercial District Court. Noted as the party that sued the producer of BonCabe is PT Sampurna Sistem Indonesia.
The PKPU lawsuit was registered on July 29, 2022 with case number: 194/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2022/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst.
“Received and granted the Application for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) submitted by the PKPU Petitioners against PKPU Respondents in their entirety,” reads the petitum excerpt quoted on Monday (1/8/2022).

The Central Jakarta District Court also stated that: Kobe Boga Utama as a PKPU respondent is in a Temporary PKPU for 45 days, starting from the PKPU statement decision is pronounced with all the legal consequences.
Petitum also announced the appointment of Commercial Court Judges at the Central Jakarta District Court as Supervisory Judges in the PKPU process for PKPU Respondents.
“As Management in the process of Postponing Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) against PKPU Respondents and subsequently as Curator if they are entered in the bankruptcy process,” the petition reads.
