The Management Board of the concern believes that last year’s activities of the company and its further development plans imply the need to change the perception of the brand, which is currently focused around crude oil processing.
“The proposed change of the company will reflect the current, actual form of the company’s operations and its strategic directions of development – it is planned that in the years 2023-2026, approx. 66 percent. of the group’s value will be generated by segments not related to crude oil processing” – appears in the justification of the resolution quoted by ISBnews.
The company’s management further argues in the document that: “The term ‘petroleum’ in the current division of the company is no longer appropriate and consistent with the company’s vision and ambitions to expand the brand beyond the fuel segment”.
