The Commission on Economy, Banking, Finance and Financial Intelligence held its III Extraordinary Decentralized Session, on this occasion the work session was in the Piura region.
The meeting was attended by Congressman César Revilla Villanueva (FP), who chairs said working commission, as well as the presence of the Minister of Economy and Finance, Alex Contreras; the congressmen José Jerí Oré (SP) and Cruz María Zeta Chunga (FP) and the regional governors of Piura, Luis Neyra and Lambayeque, Jorge Luis Pérez.
Next, those present analyzed draft Law No. 5472/2022-PE, which proposes a new State Procurement Law.
Congressman José Jerí, who is the president of the Budget and General Account Commission of the Republic, explained to the population that gathered for the session that it is pertinent to optimize some aspects of the current Budget Law so that it is not seen as a obstacle to execution by regional and local governments.
