A terrible incident with a pit bull in Plovdiv was announced by the District Court in the city under the hills. The incident was registered at the end of the summer last year, but is only now being made public.
Here is what the institution informs:
The defendant is MIS, accused of a crime under Article 325c, paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 129, paragraph 2 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Penal Code, for the fact that on September 20, 2020 in Plovdiv he took sufficient care of a vertebrate, a pit bull, which was under his supervision.
The defendant, in a visibly intoxicated state, left the dog to walk among the people freely, without a muzzle, leash and leash, as a result of which without any provocation it caused moderate bodily injury to V.G.G.
The victim was placed in the Clinic of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. George University Hospital, where surgical interventions were performed to repair the massive multi-beam laceration of the face, in the area of the lips and oral cavity and on the tip of the nose, which led to the disfigurement of his face.The case is scheduled for a pretrial hearing.
