Pipedrive integrates WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and DocuSign

The CRM platform Pipedrive has announced the integration of two messenger services and DocuSign. While the former are intended to simplify customer communication, DocuSign is an addition to the platform’s own Smart Docs tool.

The CRM platform Pipedrive integrates a new messaging inbox and adds three apps to the platform: WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and DocuSign. The integration of the two messaging services is intended to simplify customer communication, as this is now possible directly on the platform. DocuSign complements the platform’s Smart Docs tool, allowing users to send contracts created with the tool to be signed with DocuSign.

Entire customer conversation can now take place in one place

The new Messenger inbox aims to enable Pipedrive users to quickly add contacts and leads from WhatsApp and Facebook to the CRM. In addition, conversations should be better organized and the entire team should have access to the conversations they need. Shaun ShirazianPipedrive’s Chief Product Officer (CPO), explains that sales reps’ expectations of tools have changed:

With the DocuSign integration, users can create, send, sign and manage online sales documents. The secure electronic signature can be customized to resemble a physical signature. All three apps are available now on the Pipedrive Marketplace.
