Pinto da Costa confirmed that, if he goes to elections (and wins them) next year, he intends to continue with Sérgio Conceição on the football team’s bench.

Regarding a contract renewal with Mehdi Taremi, a striker who ends his association with the Dragons at the end of the season, Pinto da Costa was much more cautious.
«There are offers to earn 10 million euros a year that he has not yet accepted. We have to be realistic. Yes sir, give me 10 million for Taremi, another 10 million for the tax authorities and I will renew with Taremi.
