The lawyer for President Sebastián Piñera, Samuel Donoso will represent Senator Manuel José Ossandón (RN) in the investigation that is being carried out against him for influence peddling, and for which it will be formalized on August 26.
Donoso has a past in the Party for Democracy (PPD) and is close to Senator Guido Girardi.
Donoso will be the one who defends President Piñera in the complaint filed by the mayor of Recoleta, Daniel Jadue, for the deaths from covid-19 in that commune.
He also represented Patricio Contesse in the SQM case.
According to slogan Biobío, Samuel Donoso will work alongside his colleague Ricardo Freire in the framework of the investigation against Senator Ossandón after the complaint by the mayor of Pirque and cousin of the parliamentarian, Cristián Balmaceda.
