Pinarayi Vijayan in a head-to-head with PC George

Kottayam: Kerala Janapasha leader PC George said that Kerala is being ruled by a 17-member team under the leadership of controversial businessman Faris Abu Bakar. Faris Abubakar has been the chief minister’s shadow and mentor for the past six years. PC George also accused the Chief Minister of taking a stand to protect Faris Abubakar, a relative of Minister Mohammad Riaz.

Faris Abubakar is accompanying the Chief Minister as a shadow presence. In 2009, the Kozhikode seat was seized from Virendra Kumar on the instructions of Faris. PC George said that it was Muhammad Riaz who contested there that day. PC George had earlier alleged that Faris Abubakar was controlling the chief minister’s financial transactions and political moves since 2012.

PC George also defended Thalassery Archbishop Mar Joseph Pamplani’s pro-BJP stance. Bishop Mar Joseph Pamplani expressed his pro-BJP stance after seeing the hardship and mental tension of the farmers. George accused the left government of cheating the farmers.
