Samur Ferreira, head of the Amber Beverage Group, says that in about five years, the company will be able to provide itself with the necessary amount of blue agave plants to continue producing its tequila brands. It will also be possible to expand private sector activities, for example by providing additional input for American singer-songwriter Nick Johnson (Nick Jonas) for tequila “Villa One”, which is only now beginning to show its full potential in the global market.

Oleg Alainis, head of Fabrica de Tequilas Finos, says that in order to meet the demand for tequila produced by the company, everything necessary for this process must be taken care of – field workers or himadors, distillation technologies, distillation masters and most importantly – the highest quality blue agave plants.

“Fabrica de Tequilas Finos” (FTF) is located at the foot of Mount Tequila, in the legendary city of Tequila in Mexico, and the producer continues to maintain the authentic tradition of tequila distillation. Most of the company’s employees have been working since its inception in 2000, while in 2016 the FTF joined the Amber Beverage Group. All tequilas produced by “Fabrica de Tequilas Finos” are 100% made exclusively from blue agave plants. The company produces skull-shaped “Kah” tequila, as well as “Rooster Rojo” tequila and many other brands.

Amber Beverage Group (ABG) is an international alcoholic beverage company. It operates globally from its headquarters in Luxembourg, as well as through manufacturing and distribution companies in Russia, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, Austria and the Baltics – its historic home. It also owns the alcoholic beverage producer “Latvijas balzams”. ABG employs more than 2,000 people in manufacturing, filling, marketing, distribution, export and retail functions. The group’s brand portfolio includes more than 200 ABG brands, which it distributes in more than 185 markets worldwide.
