Pfizer presented a application to the US agency of drugs (FDA) for “emergency use” of your covid vaccine in children between 6 months and up to 5 years.
According to the Pfizer report, the covid vaccine was safe in clinic tests so it could be massively applied to children.
Until the moment United States only Two doses of some covid vaccines can be given to children up to 5 years of age.

Pfizer-BioNTech did a clinical trial in which administered three doses of three micrograms and found that the vaccine elicited a strong immune response.
FDA experts have three meetings scheduled in June in which they will likely decide whether to authorize Pfizer’s Covid vaccines for children under five and Moderna’s for children under six, which is administered in two 25-microgram injections.
Severe COVID-19 disease is very rare among children under five years of age, an age group in which the United States has recorded 477 deaths from the virus since the start of the pandemic.
