Motorists stormed the petrol pump of Il Continente: the price of fuel was just over 2 euros
The much feared threshold of 2.5 euros per liter for every liter of diesel in some petrol stations in the city has been touched. Fortunately for the moment, despite the skyrocketing prices, this is the cost per service of particular types of diesel such as Blue or Blue Super diesel sold in some Eni distributors.
Faced with record increases and with diesel fuel which has now exceeded the cost of petrol, reaching levels never reached before, the column of motorists is formed as soon as a distributor is found where the price is lower (which means around to 2 euros per liter) to refuel.
This is what happened today (Saturday 12 March) in Mapello, where the petrol pump of the Il Continente shopping center was stormed by about a hundred motorists waiting to fill up the car, saving a lot of cash.
