What the prime minister said after the leadership council
“Bulgaria cannot enter another political crisis. We are all together, united and we want to reassure the citizens that everything that depends on us, we will do, Bulgaria to continue with the same government that it has at the moment. We will not allow Bulgaria to enter a spiral of elections because of ego and behind the scenes or something else. ” This was stated by Prime Minister Kiril Petkov after the leadership council tonight. It was not attended by representatives of the ITN.
The other three parties in the cabinet have said they remain united and will do everything possible to keep the current government afloat.

“At a time of war, when there is an energy crisis, a gas crisis, when the Reconstruction and Development Plan counts on the adoption of 22 laws by the end of the year to get money from Brussels, we are all united and say no to chaos, no of single decisions that could throw our entire country into crisis. And yes – together, yes – against corruption, yes – for the change of KPKONPI. “Bulgarian citizens should know that this coalition in this composition stands behind them and the number one priority for tomorrow will be the adoption of the budget,” Petkov said.
