According to Conley, Trump’s health has remained stable since he returned to Washington on Tuesday after spending three days at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The president tested positive for the lung virus last week and received experimental treatment with synthetic antibodies from Regeneron.
On Saturday it will be ten days since Trump was found to be infected, Conley says. “I fully expect the president to return safely to public affairs at that point,” said the White House physician.
Trump is considering hosting an election rally in Florida on Saturday and another in Pennsylvania a day later. He said this Thursday (local time) in a telephone interview with Fox News.
Campaign elections
“I think I’ll try to have a campaign meeting Saturday night if we have enough time to host it,” Trump told Fox News. “Probably in Florida. I might have one in Pennsylvania the next night. ”
