PARIS (Reuters) – Pernod Ricard announced Monday that it had issued a bond denominated in euros for a total amount of 1.5 billion euros.
The issue was carried out in two tranches: 750 million euros at five years were placed with a coupon of 1.125% and 750 million euros at ten years with a coupon of 1.750%.
The group says it has met strong demand with an order book exceeding 5.5 billion euros.
