Permenaker JHT will be revised, I understand the aspirations of friends

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Minister of Manpower, Ida Fauziyah, received an audience from the Central Committee of the Confederation of Unions Congress Laborer Indonesia (KASBI) at the Ministry of Manpower Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (23/2/2022).

On this occasion, the Minister of Manpower appreciated the KASBI Confederation who was willing to have a dialogue about the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 2 of 2022 concerning the Procedures and Requirements for Payment of Old Age Security Benefits.

Ida Fauziyah said that her party would revise Permenaker No. 2 of 2022.

According to him, this revision must take into account the input of many parties, especially from workers and employees laborer.

“I will revise the Permenaker. I fully understand what the aspirations are, what are the inputs from all of my friends,” said Ida in a press statement.

In the future, the Ministry of Manpower will intensively conduct various dialogues with various stakeholders to absorb various aspirations which will be taken into consideration for the improvement of the Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 2 of 2022.

Currently, the Minister of Manpower is accommodating the aspirations of labor union, labor unions, as well as employers. Later, the Ministry of Manpower will simultaneously listen to input from legal experts, sociologists, and other experts.

“So later, when all of them have been accommodated, then we will take them to the National Tripartite LKS. So behind the pattern, the large and large ones first go to the National Tripartite LKS,” he said.

Meanwhile, the General Chairperson of the KASBI Confederation Center, Nining Elitos, admitted that he appreciated the Minister of Manpower who had accepted and responded to the aspirations of the trade unions to revise the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 2 of 2022.
