Performance Test Toyota Raize 998 cc engine, more kicking power than the 1,198 cc type

Otomotifnet.com – Toyota Raize comes by offering two engine options.

The first is the 1KR-VET which is configured with a 3-cylinder turbo with a capacity of 998 cc.

The other engine is a unit with the code WA-VE which is both 3 cylinders but has a larger capacity at 1,198 cc in volume.

However, the smaller engine variant on the Toyota Raize even more powerful than the engine variant with a larger capacity.

Thanks to turbo injection, the 1KR-VET engine output which is not even 1000 cc can be greater than the WA-VE.

Its peak power is 98 hp with a combined torque of 140 Nm, while the WA-VE engine has a maximum power of 88 hp and 113 Nm of torque.

The fun thing is, the Toyota Raize turbo engine launches maximum torque at lower rotations since 2,400 rpm.

While the NA Raize engine, the new maximum torque appears at 4,000 rpm.
